Ta Dhom

Akshara’s exciting journey with Viveick Rajagopalan’s Ta Dhom project began in 2022.
Through this initiative, our children will be exposed to Konnakol, a vocal percussion art form that is more than 5000 years old. The idea behind Ta Dhom is the synergy between two worlds, two ideas, and two cultures. The objective is not to make a musician out of every individual learning but to share the knowledge enough to make them connoisseurs of music. On top of that, it’s also going to be a fun way to learn basic math through rhythm and patterns.
